I’m looking for an isekai/fantasy manhwa and I’m trying to remember the title!
The FL is the daughter of an **enemy Duke**. Her mother was an extremely powerful woman and considered one of the strongest of her generation. She became pregnant with the FL and eventually died giving birth to herat her family's estate so her family blames the FL for her mother’s death and keeps her hidden and imprisoned. Because the FL is also the daughter of their enemy, she is treated terribly and basically shunned by her mother's family.
In this world, the great noble families each possess their own special powers. The FL appears to have light coloured hair I think and although she may eventually have powers she shows no signs of having any power at the beginning. Another reason why they hate her.
She also has older full siblings from the same mother and father. But they are at the Duke's manor and they don't know she exists. Her mother had previously returned to her own family while pregnant with her which is what led to the complicated family situation.
Eventually, the FL decides she wants to escape and find her biological father, the enemy Duke. And she makes a plan to run away.
At around this time, the Crown Prince (ML) visits her mother's family’s estate because he is looking for a potential future marriage partner. Because her aunt also has a daughter that's eligible. So the crown prince dropped by but doesn't like her. While there, he notices the FL. Instead of ignoring it, he helps her escape by hiding her inside his carriage and he personally takes her to her biological father’s Duke estate.

Guys, how to overcome avoident attachment? Its exactly as the title says. I genuinely try to overcome this and get close to men, but everytime i either get the ick and all other "avoident attachment symptoms" or the guy is a total idiot Its rlly a problem. But i am too stubborn to look for a Therapist tho and refuse.
Well you would first need to explore what caused it in the first place. For example, maybe you have abandonment trauma from your childhood because your parents divorced. You may avoid attachment in order to protect yourself; you cant be abandoned if you don't form connections or if you abandon them first (just a common example not saying this is what you have). There is no easy fix. Regardless, trauma-informed therapy with a therapist that uses cognitive behavioral therapy would be best and safest route to address these issues, help you understand the why, and possibly move on.
Well the start is always with recognizing the problem, which you will have. I used to be an avoidant (disorganized). It's facing my parental issues over and over again and going against my avoidant tendancies. Affirmations may help too. Hope you have a good recovery, avoidant one is the easier part to heal than the anxious side :') At least for me
depends on the cause, like why are you avoidant? why do u get the ick? also why do u not want to see a therapist? is it bc of money or bad experiences? if u can afford therapy, it'd be the quickest way to figure out ur issues instead of trying to do it on ur own if u can't figure out the cause
