However, due to the alpha's family (I think), the alpha believes his omega (the secretary) is dead. When the omega gets tired of being mistreated, he quits his job and goes to work at his family's company. It's not the typical story of the omega being poor, but he did get close to the alpha, and if I remember correctly, the alpha, thinking the omega child had died, built him an altar in an old cabin where they used to play together.
